Can I request a proof?

If you are confident in the information you typed in, more times than not a proof probably isn't necessary. But you can absolutely request a proof if you'd like! To request a proof for your order, you can leave a note for us in the special requests section or in the notes on the checkout screen. Please make sure your email address is correct when checking out and that you check for your proof often. Any proofs not approved within 3 business days will result in a cancellation of your order

What is your current turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time to ship your order for most in stock glass and stamp orders is 5-7 business days. Wood and customized gift items may take longer (approximately 1-2 weeks.)

How long will my items take to arrive?

Once your package is shipped, for all US orders it will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days. We ship most packages USPS Priority Mail. Feel free to inquire about expedited shipping.

One of my items showed up broken, can I get a replacement?

Absolutely! While we package all of our orders with the utmost care, occasionally damage in shipping can happen. Please let us know via email with your order number and photos of the damaged items for insurance claims and we can get a replacement item sent out ASAP.
